劉文嵐，1957年7月生，研究生學(xué)歷，高級編輯?，F(xiàn)任中國廣播電影電視社會組織聯(lián)合會 有線電視工作委員會代會長、中廣投網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)投資有限公司副董事長。曾任貴州廣電傳媒集團(tuán)總經(jīng)理，A股主板上市企業(yè)貴廣網(wǎng)絡(luò)（股票代碼：600996）黨委書記、法人、董事長等職務(wù)。
Mr. Wenlan Liu is the acting chairman of the Cable TV Working Committee of China Alliance of Radio, Film and Television and deputy chairman of China Broadcasting Network Investment Co., Ltd. He used to be the general manager of Guizhou Broadcasting and TV Media Group; the party secretary, legal person and chairman of Guiguang Network, a listed company in China’s A-share main board (stock code: 600996). Born in July, 1957, he’s also a senior editor with a master’s degree.
劉文嵐同志從事了近25年的廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)行業(yè)工作，曾組織創(chuàng)造了中國廣電有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)改革發(fā)展的“貴州模式”。在他具體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和推動下，4200多萬人口的貴州省在全國率先完成了廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合改制，廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)事業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入全國前列，貴廣網(wǎng)絡(luò)于2016年在主板成功上市，成為全國5個以省為單位的廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)上市企業(yè)之一。貴州廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)改革發(fā)展模式受到了國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、中宣部、國家廣電總局高度肯定，成為全國行業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的一個樣板。
Having worked for 25 years in China’s broadcasting and TV sector, Mr. Wenlan Liu’s major achievement included the creation of the “Guizhou Model” in China’s broadcasting and TV network reform. Under his leadership, Guizhou, a province with a population of 42 million, became the first in China to accomplish the reform on broadcasting and TV networks consolidation. By far, Guizhou’s broadcasting and TV sector is one of the most advanced in China. Guiguang Network was listed in China’s A-Share main board in 2016, becoming one of the five listed provincial broadcasting and TV networks. The “Guizhou Model” has been widely acclaimed by state leaders, officials in the central publicity department of the CPC party, and State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. It has become a nationwide model for the broadcasting and TV industry across China.
近幾年來，劉文嵐同志在中國農(nóng)村廣電公共服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、均等化、出版廣電大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)、全國廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合發(fā)展等方面進(jìn)行了大量的實踐和深入研究。2018年，劉文嵐同志榮獲了“中國廣播電視信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)行業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)獎”。
In recent years, Mr. Wenlan Liu conducted in-depth research and extensive field-work in standardization and harmonization of China’s rural broadcasting and TV public services and in consolidation of the nationwide broadcasting and TV networks. He has published works on big-data industry development in the broadcasting and TV sector as well.
